Last night we laid out the courses for the Open Water Swim - the water temperature was 12 degrees!!!  I’m sure for you hardy swimmers that’s music to your ears:)

We’ve today launched a brand new Open Water Swim at Pennington Flash in Greater Manchester.  A great venue with GB swim coach on hand for that extra expert advice.  This is the ideal venue for novice swimmers and those looking for extra open water swimming practice - Monday’s 6-8pm come along!!
